Very pathetic service. Rooms are not clean. Not even providing a bottle of water. Asks for money if we ask for water bottles. First guy we met in lobby kept on telling that water bottle will be delivered to room in 5 minutes. When we came back after shopping another guy was there in the lobby. He told me that there is a shop located nearby. If you need water you can go and buy from there and there is no provision if providing water bottle in rooms.

I have stayed at a dozen hotels in (octave crystal heights, Indiranagar). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Terrible. pathetic room, bed bedsheet, bathroom.never ever waste your money here to stay. there are lot better option in same vicinity. what they show in website must be 5-6 years old photos! actual condition is like scrap godown
