寶石套房酒店 (Gems Suites-A Boutique Stay)

We had a horrible experience at gems suite. First of all the room that was promised with balcony - we didnt got that. As per pictures we had a larger sized balcony. But in reality the balcony was small. Next - attitude of the care taker. Was as if they had done mercy on us and we had got the room at cheaper price. He literally told us that due to these booking platform you had got room at cheaper rate. And in real the room rate was high but in reality the room were not worth that much also it didnt end there, when we asked for fresh cups and cutlery, we were told that those are washable and to wash and use. For breakfast also whenever we asked for some option from the menu, we were denied stating cook is not there. No toileteries to add on. Room was cleaned only once. And when we asked for laundry. They straight away denied. But we dont provide. Next day, the guy said. Yes it is there but at 10% discount. I really want some action to be taken. This is really the worst experience.

Amazing Stay. Clean rooms. Good and Cooperative staff behaviour. Close to major visiting locations (City Palace, Hava Mahal, Nahargarh Fort, Amer Fort etc.). A must visit place with your family and friends. Highly recommended. ❤

The experience at the hotel gems suits was quite disappointing. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room and only one glass available. There was no night light, just bright lights in the room. We made coffee, and when we asked for a cup for morning tea, the staff said the cup had already been provided, although we had used it and requested a fresh one. There was no cover on the blanket, and the hotel staff behaved as if we had stolen something, which was a very bad experience overall

Excellent stay. Very supportive staff. New built hotel. Bathroom was very clean. Home made food and it was very tasty

This hotel is only worth for 1500-1800/ night without breakfast . as it’s just basic hotel and is inside a residential area .if you plan to go in winters please ensure for room heaters before you go else you may be charged extra! Hygiene wise it’s clean . Rest just a basic one ! No breakfast buffet . service is okish

We found this place through this platform which was in a very quiet area in bani park. Although it is a very satisfactory place to stay in for a couple of days, it is not apt to friends. If you’re with your family or loved ones, you should give it a try.
