這是公寓改成的旅舍！第一天入住是晚上7:30，辦理好入住出去吃個飯逛了一會10點鐘回去大門🚪鎖着的，立馬給工作人員打電話，他説馬上過來開門，然後我在公寓樓下坐了一個小時十分鐘才回來給我開門進入，把我氣壞了！如果是去旅遊真不推薦去哪哪都不方便

I booked this hotel by 永安 The app shows that the hotel will provide check in information to me, because they may not have staff, but they don’t send me the door password in advanced. I asked the hotel in the app and by email, but they don’t replied. Luckily I found that it is run by Chinese, so I tried to contact them by app Xiaohongshu, and finally can get inside the hotel. The room is big enough, price is reasonable, but the room is dusty and toilet is a bit dirty. Bed sheet is dirty:-( And i was bitted by inserts. The location is not good as there is not much restaurant nearby.

It was clean, and location was not bad, and cheapest in new Cairo. the only probrem is that it was hard to cheack in. I would say they should contact customer one or few days before at least.

其實很棒很温馨了，就是位置有點不太好找，要上去好幾層樓，老闆很佛，都是自己辦理入住，房間的床很舒服！

比我想的好N倍 房子大 在新埃及別墅區 離大型商場3KM以內 老闆是中國人 溝通方便 還給我送了紙箱打包禮品回國 下次來 還住這！洗澡水特別大 24h熱水 不像埃及其他洗澡酒店 水很小 推薦入住！

Very hard to find. No sign on the door on the street. Person in charge didn’t know of my reservation and practically no English spoken and very hard to communicate. So was also told downstairs door is open. It was locked. Also door to accommodation was locked and I wasn’t given the code for the key box. Not many taxis around. The cleanliness was very good. That was only good thing besides the price.
