Wonderful Hotel. The location is very good. The pricing is very attractive. Especially the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. All of them make me feel good. Cleaning was well done, service excellent done with a big smile. Not only the concept but also the facilities and activities are great. Also I would like to thank all of the staff. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve encountered, and they spoke English very well, which was very helpful. The service was lightning-fast and always accommodating. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Plus, the location was spot-on, close to everything you’d want to see. I’ll definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Siem Reap on a budget!

The room is clean and tidy, but the facilities are old and the door locks are not safe. It is recommended that boys live together, while women are not recommended to live alone.

Видавший виды отель. Сантехника, мебель- все очень ветхое. Два полотенца на пару, отсутствует телевизор. Бассейн на въезде в отель, у дороги. Ледаков нет. Желания плавать там у гостей отеля- тоже. Местоположение хорошее, центр. Есть небольшая парковка. Персонал выборочно предлагает воду при заселении ( кто- то сидит и ждёт заселения несколько часов и ему не предлагают воду, кому-то при заселении сразу приносят напитки). Мелочь, но неприятно.

The receptionist efficiently organized all our arrangements. Although we arrived after 9 PM, she successfully coordinated a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat for us and also booked a bus to Battambang, with both tours including hotel pick-up. The accommodation was satisfactory, featuring a kettle in the room. It is an affordable and convenient location. however, if you prefer a more modern and cleaner hotel, you may want to consider spending a bit more for one of the numerous alternatives available.

The hotel has surpassed our expectations. The swimming pool is excellent, and our room was well-equipped and clean. Its location in downtown is ideal. I would like to extend special thanks to Ms. Sara for her assistance throughout our stay. The view from the hotel is stunning, and the breakfast was delightful. However, we did not have the opportunity to try their lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.
