Setiap ke Jakarta udah pasti banget stay disini, fasilitas hotel lengkap, ad swimming pool, ad mini resto d swimming pool, ad resto, d kamar ad kursi buat relax klo bosen d bed, letaknya terlalu strategis, kemana mana Deket, depan hotel bisa joging, staf ramah, resepsionis smart, good looking, cleaning staf bersih, tks Cemara hotel for the best serve oh iya makanannya enak enak, ada refleksi massage satu gedung, ad japnese resto juga one stop solution buat kaum mageran

The room is not hygiene.. there’re dust and stain on the floor. Toilet also not clean. AC not cold. The room stated as non smoking room but have cigarette dust holder and smell smoking.. luckily the staffs are helpful and friendly..

The good thing about this hotel is the location since it is near many attractions and restaurants. The price is also affordable but the AC in the room is not good or not functioning well. The pool is not that clean but it is ok....however the main issue I had with the hotel was the average service...they take time to clean the room and once I had to tell them three times since after being out the whole day and arrived back to the hotel to my surprise they didn't even clean or tidy my room even though I turned the housekeeping button on.

overall the hotel good but still need to be improved in terms of the services and cleanness. the ligt in the room also is just too dark. the air conditioning need to be take care of because it’s not really cooling down the room.

Tempat strategis banget, lumayan jalan ke halte transjakarta sarinah atau ke stasiun gondangdia. Depan hotel ada mini market. AC dingin, ada beberapa dispenser di lorong hotel jadi bisa refill, kamar oke

The hotel is old, also th e room and toilet it's old. The bed sheet is a lots of marks and towel as well. I booked the room on the 3rd floor. No WiFi connection at all. I trued to asked if they can help but no one seem interested with your problem that poor of internet connection. If you are OCD I suggest not book in this hotel. Breakfast was horrible the foods its dry as from 7am until 10am stay on the buffet.

Booking 2 kamar untuk 2 malam, dapatnya kamar jelek, kotor, lorong bau asam, dapat kasur penuh dengan bugs tidak bisa tidur. semua badan bentol-bentol dan gatal- gatal. Kedua kamar kasurnya sama. Kamar 2029 dan kamar 2022 perlu direnovasi dan diganti kasur yang baru. Sangat kecewa Untuk harga semalam ＞350rb, not worth it. Masih banyak hotel yang harga dibawah dengan kualitas lebih baik. Check out lebih awal karena tidak betah tinggal dihotel ini. Minta ganti sprei ke reception tidak bisa dan bilang housekeeping sudah pulang, minta ganti kamar alasan full booking. Aroma kamar bau apek, gorden sampai warna coklat ga pernah dicuci. Mohon pihak hotel untuk kedepannya sebelum, jual kamar diinspeksi dulu apakah layak untuk dijual apa tidak.
