Rooms are clean and tidy. Service is good. Room size is quite nice. Also food quality is good but breakfast options are limited

Location serene but away from the city. Very poor staff. Not knowledgeable. No wifi facility. Housekeeping did not replenish the tea-coffee counter, only after asked for. While checking out they billed for stay whereas it was already paid in advance

I booked a bigger room and got the same one as shown in pictures. Room was clean. Also it already had a kettle and a room heater in it. Staff was very polite. Food quality, taste and price was extremely good. Staff was polite enough to arrange the free breakfast within my room itself. Overall, very good experience. If in future, i go to bikaner, hotel heeralal will be my first choice for stay.

I stayed in a super deluxe room. It is very good with all amenities. Clean spacious bathroom. Food is really excellent.

Heeralal hotel has been a very good experience. The rooms are very neat, spacious, with all amenities inside the room. Room service is excellent and the food was awesome. All staff from reception desk to room services are very humble and professional in their work. Places to visit in bikaner are in the radius of up to 4 kms and raiser desert 15 kms. A great place to stay. Recommended for families. You will enjoy the dining and their sweet shop with varieties of snacks and loaded with different kinds of sweets and very delicious. Excellent hotel.

The hotel with sweet shop and restaurant for vegetarian food is a nice cozy and safe place to stay with family and location also is near to nh 11as well as town.

It was a pleasant stay at hotel he-era lal kant khaturia colony bikaner in royal category room. Clean room was provided and all services including house keeping and food were good. Sweet shop on ground floor is also good. Shall prefer to stay again whenever i go to bikaner.

Неожиданно приятный и уютный отель, особенно, с учетом приемлимой цены. Находится в тихом райончике, имеется рум-сервис (правда "pure vegetarian"). Просторный чистый номер, зарешеченный балкон. Отдельное спасибо за тепловентилятор - очень помог согреться после продолжительного перемещения на тук-туке в сумерках. Гостиницу рекомендую!
