4 star hotel but feel like 2stars. Top floor room but smell like septic tank. Bathroom walls should be cleaned, many black spots(fungus?) also the wash basin.

Not worth for 3 star hotel. the room is old. Bed linen has stain. Smell, and toilet have mold, need to renovation. 5th Floor is dirty also have a big hole on the wall, the just put jobs picture to cover that hold.

The hotel is nice as described and the room price is worth getting of clean and comfortable room. Air condition is cool and perfect. A lot of food nearby, especially in the evening after 09.00 pm, mostly of the shop have closed. It's very close about 10 - 15 minutes to Malioboro a popular are in Yogya by using car.
