I recently booked place hotel ިin Malaysia based on the positive reviews and attractive photos I found online. However, upon arriving, it was clear that the hotel didn’t live up to its advertised image. The rooms and facilities were much less impressive in person, and the reviews didn’t reflect the reality. Though we were disappointed, we didn’t bring it up with management since we’re not the type to complain. We knew we wouldn’t stay there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to our friends.
