Mot clean matters poor service saw r not working properly not given booked room not visit again this hotel

Decent hotel for family & group stay. Rooms are clean. Its a budget property so do not expect luxury services. Staff is also very polite and cooperative. Food - is horrible. Do not dare to eat food here. If you are booking online please go for bed only. You will find many options nearby. Sharing our experience - we ordered veg sandwich and they gave us 3 slice of bread butter adding cucumber and tomato 3 pieces. When we asked they said we serve this as veg sandwich no chutney, no potato, no beatroot, no sauce. We ordered 1 manchow soup & 1 tomato soup they served same soup by just added bread crumbs in one and fried noodles in second. We had to find other place for dinner late night. Our kids had to sleep empty stomach. Horrible experience in their restaurant.

Room was small, tv set top box was not working during entries stay period

When i was entered the room, found very dirty floor, bad mattress is too hard and very small size bed not for 2 persons. Fan sound continues and washroom is not maintained.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
