Absolutely wonderful service by reception. Room was clean but could hear the neighbour snoring. There was a wardrobe blocking an adjoining door to the next room. No microwave unfortunately.

The problem we had was they gave us the wrong room somebody was in the room they allocated for us so had to wait while they gave us a new one.i asked for no stairs but found out that there were 24stairs if we had chose to leave we wouldn't have got our money back. Another thing was the fridge had been turned off so the was no cold bottled water to drink sorry but won't be staying there again.

The room was quiet small, but it was rather clean. The bed was not comfortable, and it was likely super old and gave me a back ache.
