Asia Novo Boutique Hotel in Dumaguete is a fantastic spot for solo travelers! 🌟 The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal and surrounded by 24-hour eateries. The hotel is impressively clean, making it feel welcoming right from the start. 🧼 The service is friendly, though it could be a bit quicker at times. The facilities are decent, with spacious rooms that provide a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Dumaguete! 🌴

I've stayed here many times but the last few times it's been on the 4th or 5th floor and the elevator breaks down a lot and walking up 4 or 5 floors is not good especially with a heavy case, they couldn't give me a reason why I couldn't have a room on the 2nd or third floor they didn't seem to understand or care, I think I will be staying somewhere else next time, it's cheap yes but a pain going up and down so many floors with a heavy bag.

The place is quite convenient..but the problem was ,why they need to take the access card when we go out from the building,and top of that ,before we checked it out ,they need to check the Room, They never trusted at all the guests.

The room was ok but their are minor issues that may cause uneasy. 1st the elevator was not functioning when we areived so we walked up to 5th floor bringing our bags/ luggages, 2nd the lock of the bathroom is somehow lack of maintenance, 3rd the remote control for the tv was not functioning and I requested to help us about the remote but no one comes to help. Addition hoping to have 2 pillows per person for additional comfort.

THE LOCATION IS GREAT BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST OK, A BED AND A SHOWER. The location is great, right near two Big supermarkets, Dunking-Donuts in front, really good location. besides that... a bed and a shower, nothing more.

Right in the centre of town - easy to get to restaurants and the popular Boulevard. The staff were extremely helpful and so good with explaining. A really great stay at a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel is convenient since it is at the center of the town. There are a lot of stores and restaurants/food shops nearby. The Boulevard is within walking distance too. Though we when we park at the basement, it was kinda dirty and creepy too. You have to use the stairs to go up to the lobby. But overall we enjoyed our stay there and its budget saver. The staff were approachable.

For P1300+ you got no complimentary water, toilet after flushing once wl take a very long time to fill its tank again. Sink water useless cant use for toothbrush. Wont book again here
