No wifi in the room, when asked he says the wire is damaged. The ac is working but no cooling effect

Bathroom not hygienic. Mosquitoes were there. The room boy who is a bengali tries to ridicule us when we were asked about non working of fan. Overall an average stay.

The room was ready to occupy and cleaned. Unfortunately the towels and toiletries provided were not upto mark. We had to request for replacement which was provided without delay. Rooms are slightly congested, will not recommend if u are claustrophobic.

Room was very neat but small. The bed is not king size, suitable for only 2. Paid for an extra bed. No hot water. Door was difficult to open.

Well maintained property at a well connected and prime location. Efficient and courteous staff under a manager who understands the sensibilities of hospitality business. Good food suitable for regular travellers. All assured amenities provided.
