During our 5-day stay, the hotel didn’t change the bedsheets nor the pillow cases. One day, they forgot to give us clean towels; another day, they forgot to empty the trash cans. For how many days, they forgot to replenish the supplies in the fridge. Not good very for money!

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

The owner is a friendly person, he showed me all I need to know as soon as I arrived. The snacks and milk in my room are free. It is very close to Duomo and Acadamia museum. It is also very close to Train station. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. I love the experience here, highly recommend!
