12/10–12/14 連續入住四晚,房間清潔水準令人震驚。四天內每天回到房間,地板從未被打掃,可見大量頭髮與紙屑;鞋子與拖鞋完全沒有被整理,仍維持前一晚隨意散落的狀態。桌面殘留痕跡未擦拭,浴室牆面與地面黏著的頭髮也未清理。這並非偶發疏失,而是連續多日、系統性的清潔不到位,已經低於一家正常酒店應有的基本標準。
退房時向前台反映此問題,並當場出示實際拍攝的未清潔照片。本人可使用日語溝通,但前台人員態度明顯敷衍,對如此嚴重的清潔問題既不驚訝也無明確歉意,更沒有任何補救或改善的說明,彷彿這種情況早已習以為常。
值得一提的是,作為外國旅客,從前台的反應與處理方式來看,不禁讓人質疑是否存在對外國住客服務標準較低、處理投訴不積極的情況。這種感受本身就已嚴重影響住宿體驗。
此外,房間空間狹小、設施老舊,在福岡同價位酒店中毫無優勢。綜合清潔、服務與設施品質,性價比極低。
不會再入住,也不建議重視清潔與服務品質的旅客選擇此酒店,請務必謹慎避雷。
I stayed at this hotel from Dec 10 to Dec 14 for four consecutive nights, and the housekeeping standards were frankly shocking. Every evening when I returned to the room, the floor had clearly not been cleaned at all, with visible hair and paper debris remaining day after day. Shoes and slippers were never arranged, staying scattered exactly as I had left them. Marks on the desk were not wiped, and hair stuck to the bathroom walls and floor was never removed.
This was not a one-time mistake but a consistent and repeated failure in basic room cleaning over multiple days, falling well below the minimum standard one would expect from a hotel. It did not even meet the level of basic cleanliness.
At checkout, I raised this issue with the front desk and showed them photos I had taken of the uncleaned room. I am able to communicate in Japanese, yet the staff’s response was noticeably dismissive. There was no visible surprise, no sincere apology, and no explanation or corrective action offered, giving the impression that this level of cleanliness is considered normal.
As a foreign guest, the way this complaint was handled also raises concerns about whether service standards and responsiveness differ for international guests. This perception alone significantly undermined the overall stay.
In addition, the room itself was small and outdated, offering little value compared to other hotels in the same price range in Fukuoka. Considering the poor housekeeping, weak service attitude, and aging facilities, the overall value is extremely low.
I will not stay here again and strongly advise travelers who care about cleanliness and service quality to avoid this hotel.
