We booked for 3 nights with breakfast at a good price. Breakfast was good enough. The rooms were okay although a little bit grubby. We were really disappointed to find out the gym and top floor look out was shut due to maintenance. We partly booked because it said it had a gym. I think this needs to be communicated before people book. But over all, a pleasant enough stay for the money we paid

Hotel ok bolehlah untuk tidur jika ada kerja di penang, hotel untuk anak- anak tiada tarikan. Tapi untuk stay dengan mereka bilik jenis ini luas ada bath tub sudah cukup. Tapi carpet tak bersih sangat dan cadar ada kotor. Next kne cek semula pihak hotel. Hotel ni Tengah bandar ada kedai-kedai . 👍

The hotel location at Jalan Pinang Georgtown Penang.The room hotel is ok and aircond is cold. Parking is free but limited provide by the hotel. Staff is friendly & helpfull. Easy to get the food & beverage by walking distance.

Im staying in executive room but unfortunately im getting room on 2nd floor with back view..breakfast was oke with a basic breakfast..

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. Our room was not serviced and towels were threadbare even when asked for replacement. Bedding was discoloured and aged. Pillows were ancient and very used. Very little hot water at times and no Wifi in the room. Curtain rail was needing replacement. This needed a temporary repair by staff. Some staff were helpful. Worst hotel I have stayed. Wife very unhappy. Penang enjoyable otherwise

3/5 for cleanliness because of 'tahi burung' at window. So disturbing view 😂. Room so small. Bathub so oldschool. We found a charlie at bathroom 😌. Location is stategic. No need to drive. Just jalan kaki for eat. Still recommended to tourist

太差了這個酒店，毛巾臟兮兮的，空調又不涼，Wi-Fi又差直接沒網絡，還這個價格真的太噁心了，衞生又差，大家別住這個酒店，住了真的會後悔
