This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in my life. On the first day we arrived, they accommodated us in a completely different "hotel" because our room was occupied, with no apologies or prior notice. The next day, when we returned from a scheduled tour, our belongings had been removed from the room without informing us. Then, we were taken to the hotel I thought I had booked, but it was completely different! I reserved a panoramic apartment, but it was nothing like what I paid for – it was a ground floor room with no television, broken and dirty items. I complained to the manager, but she never responded. It was truly a terrible experience, one I wouldn't wish on anyone. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, despite choosing it for its location and good reviews, as many people there told me that this had not only happened to me, but to many others as well!
