The location is quite convenient, it's quiet at night. Overall staying experience was ok. Toiletries given. Just that the buidling is bit old. The building will be demolished in the future for residential development.

Cleanliness can be improved at the hotel. Some smoke smell from the aircon. Staff is very friendly though. Overall, 3 star rating for the hotel which is actually a 3 star hotel.

This is probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever. And this is coming from a frequent traveler to JB who stayed in at least 50+ hotels in JB. The concierge was too slow in processing the check-in resulting in a 20-minute wait and a long queue at the front desk. The carpet along the corridor reeks of a stale smell. There was no aircon as well. The design on the wall was ugly and it is obvious it was painted with a black marker. The room is visibly dirty with strands of hairs on the carpet in the room. There are watermarks and dirty stains on the walls. The room towels smell like piss and smoke. Thank goodness I'm just staying one night. I would have check-out immediately if I had no other place to go. Never come back to this hotel ever again.
