The staff is of great assistance and the hotel is close to establishments. It’s also a 10-minute walk from Bukit Bintang station. They’ve got almost everything you might need. If you’re from another country, be warned that their electrical plug is type D so you might have to buy or bring an adapter.

I booked Kingston Hotel 1 at bukit bintang but when I arrived at the hotel the counter staff told me thatthere was no water supply at hotel and under repairing. So I asked her any option then she transferred me to other chain at Kingston Hotel 8 at Jalan Pudu the location not as good as the one at bukit bintang. Then she told me that can back on the next day but end up the water supply still not yet restored on the next day. So I have to stay 2 nights at Kingston Hotel 8.i felt very disappointed the way they handled the issue. On the 2 February when I checked the Kingston Hotel 1 at 永安 app they still available for booking so if water supply still not yet restored on 2 February why the 永安 app still available for booking!?
