白金酒店 (Hotel Platinum)

All are good, like location,and cleanliness etc but others facility like morning tea,breakfast lunch and diner facility is not available in this hotel. Beside no better food place of bangali also

This experience is good, but the room is not so clean because many cockroaches lived under the bed and on the table. But the location is good because nearby no bengali restaurant present for lunch and dinner. and safety is very good and service is very good... All over the experience is Good 😊

Veri bad experience. The behaviour of the receptionist too bad he is behaving like we are criminals .They are making their own rules.veri disappointed ☹️

There was no problem. The room was spotlessly clean, ford water was available 24/7. Room dining was arranged. And everyone made good use of it.

For the very first time my hotel booking and staying experience is worst. The hotel room conditions as well as the lift conditions were terrible. Cleanliness was way behind. Staff service was also not good. We need to tell the staff for almost everything which the staff should take care of themselves. In our three days stay, even they were not changing the bedsheets timely. They were not cleaning washroom as well. Even the soap dispenser was broken in my room. Room was smelling bad. We booked hotel with breakfast for which we were charged heavily and for all the three days they gave us same 4-kachauri and sabzi. Even they charged separately for tea. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Worst experience ever. Cleanliness was way behind. Rooms were smelling bad. Soap dispenser was broken. Lift was not working well. Same breakfast for 3 days(4 kachuri and sabzi. Charged extra for tea. Bedsheets were dirty on first day and even they were not changing in our stays. Changed only once in 3 days interval. Manager behaviour was poor. Staff service was not upto the mark. Overall worst experience at hotel platinum, kolkata. Will not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

The room was in very bad condition, the room was not cleaned inspite if asking multiple time they did not cleaned up, very bad services from the hotel staff, they won’t give any amenities. The only thing is good about this hotel is the location.

Hotel platinum stay was terrible. I would like to mention a few points observed during the stayed - 1) room was allocated to dus without cleaning the floor dust was lying on the floor and on furniture. 2) we were staying on the 04th floor from morning 0500 hrs. To 2300 hrs, observed banging sound on roof later we found this sound for gym. As on the 05th floor gym centre. Till midnight, we not able to sleep due to gym equipment sound. 3) renewation work was in progress on few rooms. Hope you understand my concern as a guest thanks.

The location of the property is good as it can be reached very easily it's on road only. The service of the hotel staff was also good they were polite and helpful. The room was equipped with ac and geyser also so it was very comfortable for us to stay over there. The food stalls nearby the hotel are also available and they provide good food. So overall experience was excellent. Much much recommendable.

This was all about good. I was stay there on emergency sitchuation and share my thoughts at here.

Now i m book anything from mmt. I m not booking any things fromm mm t my experience with mm t is very terrible. You guys lost my 22k while i requested you about my medical problem my son was admitted at that time so that i m not able to journey
