武吉免登帝盛公寓 (Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur)

位置都很好。市中心，逛街買東西都很方面。衹是我們住的那棟Dorsett resident 的大廳比較簡陋。看不像4星的酒店。有點舊。建議酒店方面可以在這方面多加改造。沙發也坐滿人，感覺很凌亂。衹有一位不會説英文的外勞保安。😂 房間還可以介紹。適閤家庭旅遊

We requested wake up calls for 4 mornings & out of those 4 days, wake up calls never came in 2 mornings. We almost missed an appointment because of that. This is the only hiccup we experienced. Other than that, our stay was generally enjoyable.

地理位置無敵了 周圍都是五星的國際酒店和超級購物中心 離開百威年和TRX走幾分鐘路的距離。房間也是很大還有mini廚房和洗衣機

This Apartment type is really great place to stay for family. Although we don't use the kitchenette, it's a great thing to have, and also washer-dryer machine. Spacious place, great views all around, close to every malls, walking distance to the Lot 10 and Pavillion and also to Berjaya Mall. Great customer service and staffs.

Great location just walking distance to many attractions. The room very clean and cozy. breakfast was good.

Dorsett Residences is located right next to Dorsett Hotel, hence we share the same breakfast venue at Dorsett Hotel restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. There is no variety to the food and it honestly got a bit dreadful by the 3rd morning of our stay. The location of the apartment is good though, about 5-7min min walk away from Fahrenheit and Pavilion. The size of the apartment is just right for my family of 4. The staff will clean the room every day and I love it that there is a washer and dryer in the room for me to do laundry. However I was appalled that the bedsheets were not changed during the 4 nights I was there because the same black stains were visible on the bedsheets throughout. Apartment has a gym and swimming pool on the 30th floor that opens from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

我定的是兩個卧室的套房，主卧裏面有一個廁所空間還比較寬敞。 性價比還不錯，早餐選擇也比較多，畢竟地理位置優越，不能太多要求。 衞生：但是我們住的那一間下水道好像反味道，時不時有很重的臭味冒上來。 設施：開業的時間比較新，但是整棟樓的設施一般環境衞生打掃的也不怎麼乾淨，地上瓷磚污漬當天沒有清理過兩三天還能看到。 環境：頂樓的泳池可以看到雙子塔的頂，位置還是不錯，健身房器械比較端簡單經常有在維修不能用的器械。 服務：效率不高要做好心理準備但是這裏的工作人員態度很友善

Apartment is next to Dorsett hotel. Apartment is quite run down but overall is still ok. Location is good, walking distance to Pavilion mall, lot 10. Housekeeping staff Suboj is helpful, prompt in his service and help to fix the leaking shower head. I wish the curtain colour is brighter as the existing curtain make the room even smaller.

It has been a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated near Bukit Bintang hence accessible to shopping and food. My wife & I are truly delighted with the hotel services, The staffs are courteous and it has been a hassle-free check-in and check-out. Thumbs up. Would recommend this stay to whoever reading this review.

Originally booked the 2-bedroom suite in their residence building, but unfortunately, there was no functioning air conditioning despite several attempts to fix it. It’s Malaysia—how could we sleep in the heat? However, instead of focusing on the inconvenience, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the front office manager, Christy Moo. She handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism, even when I was understandably frustrated and disappointed. She went out of her way to help, moving us to the hotel building and personally ensuring all the rooms had functioning air-conditioning so my parents could rest well after a long flight. The next morning, she even delivered a fruit platter to apologize, showing how much she genuinely cares about her customers. The rooms were spacious, with connecting options, and featured amazing shampoo and toiletries. The breakfast was delightful—loved the nasi lemak! The hotel even has an in-building massage place, though we didn’t have enough time to visit. One downside, however, was the disappointing attitude of one concierge staff member—a Malaysian gentleman with a chubby belly. On one occasion, when I came to pick up my Grab order, he was handling suitcases and blocking the way. Despite politely asking him to let me through, he told me to use another route instead of assisting me. He didn’t even hand me my Grab order. Another time during checkout, while we struggled with three big suitcases, he didn’t offer help or even open the door for us and instead walked away. His poor attitude and lack of respect for his job left a bad impression. Overall, it’s a mixed experience, but Christy Moo’s exceptional service truly stood out and made the stay memorable. If I come back, it will be solely because of her!
