The room we reach bathroom no water supply and Aircon not cold enough in the room and living room and the solution given is changing the room but is not the same building as the owner just said that will give discount and just the deposit that they will give

During check-in, we discovered a broken wardrobe, panties hanging in the bathroom, torn wallpaper... whole place was so under maintenance. Whole place feel eerie and not secure... Agree that it is a beautiful view from the room... but cleanliness and hygiene cannot be accepted....

The facilities so good already. Have nice view also. At first quite confuse when they still asked for cleaning fee. When it should be on their side to settle that one.
