Bersih, ramah karyawannya dan lokasi Strategis

Sangat kecewa dengan pengajuan refund yang di tolak dengan alasan tidak jelas tidak ada penjelasan dr pihak hotel krn pembatalan dr pihak hotel menurut pegawai 永安.cok Buat temen² yg kebetulan udh terlanjur checkin disini dan tiba² terkendala datang krn alesan pekerjaan atau kendala lain percuma mencet tombol refund pihak hotel lg BU

The location was great, there’s a lot of restaurant options around the area and bars. But the hotel did not mention their property is rundown bldg, the sheets and the toilet was disgusting. No toilet paper provided. There was water dispenser outside the room but there were a lot of used cups and ashtrays beside it. Everytime I pass by the staff and their friends would play cards and smoke at the lobby.

Lumayan, tempat strategis tapi jangan terlalu berharap lebih dengan fasilitasnya sesuai harga
