old setup pooja Residansey need to upgrade. eg- room lock system bathroom and wash basin nee to repair shower🚿 not working.

The location of the hotel was good, but the basic communities were not even there. There was no hand wash. I had to ask hand wash from the counter, and the person said we don’t have hand wash. We have soap. The flush was leaking. All the furniture was very old. The AC remote was not working. The bed was hard overall, a very bad experience.

Property was poorly maintained. Below average cleanliness. Poor quality of service. Lift was switched off and senior citizens were made climb down the stairs No generator facility when power cut happened. I suggest not book this hotel

Very old vibes there. Not fresh. No space in washroom. Very poor maintenance No restaurent. Just the location is good.

room seem congested but was ok...bathroom hygeine could have been better. the toilet commode seat was dirty because water scaling wash basin grey water pipe was leaking, due the water from the basin exit was falling right onto the floor. had asked for cleaning up the room and change the towels , when we were put during the day; but the staff didn't bother to do so.
