巴拿馬機場皇冠假日酒店 (Crowne Plaza PANAMA AIRPORT by IHG)

房間潮濕，有黴味，空調的聲音超級大，前台服務不好，餐廳的服務員服務比較好

Room was not so clean, I requested to change the Room, which they did. But still that room too smelled very bad.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Enough space on floor to open bags. Free shuttle only runs on the hour and the schedule can only be found at the hotel. The place to catch it at Terminal 2 is outside exit 17 and cross the road once. I will post pictures. I had a very good breakfast there.

I was surprised to see this quality in a Crowne Plaza hotel. There was nothing totally terrible, but I would definitely not stay here again. The detailed version: Airport shuttle: If you are an airport hotel advertising a free hotel shuttle, I think you should assume a good proportion of people staying there expect it to be easy to get to and from the airport. However it is near impossible to get information about it until you are at the hotel. I emailed twice the week before arriving (no reply) and called them over ten times over two different days to try get information (no answer). Finally the day of flying someone answers and just says that you go outside of the terminal and a shuttle will be there. There are no signs, no timetable, nothing. I called again once we actually got to Panama and was told it comes at 25 past the hour from door 17. I was lucky that my partner saw it by chance on the other side of the street at door 14. At the hotel, there is a printed timetable. Why not put this on the website or share it in the confirmation message?? Or at least tell people when they call? Once there, it was no problem taking it back to the airport, there's a timetable by reception. It runs around once every hour. Gym: was very good for a hotel, not amazing but it was clean and with a varied selection of machines, mats, medicine balls, resistance bands and weights. I was impressed. Breakfast: nothing to write home about but a lot of variety: scrambled eggs, cereals, sausages, cheeses, rice, empanadas, breads etc. But a lot of stuff was missing signs. The 'corn empanadas' were full of beef, which seems misleading. Restaurant: didn't use it because the selection is very limited if you're a vegetarian (I think there was one vegetarian dish). It also seemed quite expensive, I guess that's normal for a restaurant hotel, but the quality didn't look to match. Room: large and spacious with a comfortable bed, coffee machine and TV. But there was a very weird smell, it was damp and the Aircon looked like it was from the 70s (and sounded that way too). Bathroom: again OK. The shampoos/conditioners etc seem to be the wrong size for the set brackets on the wall, which makes them very uncomfortable to use, as you can only press down around .5 cm. We didn't use the pool so can't comment. As I said nothing really terrible but a frustrating experience and a surprise this is within the Crowne Plaza brand. I will personally not stay again.

Very neat & clean. Very connivence for morning flight, have hotel shuttle bus in every 1 hour

Bon petit déjeuner et personnel très aimable Par contre j’avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits et j’ai eu une chambre avec un seul lit donc non respect de la réservation Pas de tapis de bain ni serviette pour les mains ce qui fait qu’en sortant de la douche on en met partout et on ne peut pas s’essuyer les pieds. À notre arrivée à 3h du matin les serviettes n’étaient pas dans la chambre. 10 minutes après on vient frapper à la porte pour les amener, je trouve cela moyen à cette heure là

在巴拿馬轉機，作為ihg one rewards的白金卡會員，我衹能説，這裏太讓我失望了。 首先，我在任何洲際集團酒店前台，都會幫我錄入會員卡號，有的會聲明沒有積分。這裏前台一位深膚色女士居然直接拒絕錄入。 其次，雖然知道中、南美洲酒店房間裏的用品少，這個酒店，做到了居然連飲用水都沒有。更不要説牙刷、拖鞋、刮鬍刀這些了。馬桶水箱有陳舊裂紋，面盆也有、面盆下水的蓋子不翼而飛、有燈不亮、有開關卡住沒法按動……為了防止被酒店惡意索賠，我衹能趕緊拍照留存了。 然後，酒店外部不知道是貨場還是物流裝卸區，總是有突然很吵的聲音，玻璃窗完全不隔音。 再就是，酒店的空調重裝過，原來的中央空調被廢掉，留下了百葉片，新裝上的空調壓縮機噪音巨大，像定頻窗機的噪音那麼大，頻繁啟停、還對着床吹，無法調節。 最後，酒店的寢具真的很臟，蓋的就是一個類似毛巾毯、大浴巾的東西，很薄。但有一説一，寢具是換過的，純粹就是洗不掉的黑黑的印記。而且房間打掃還算乾淨。 之前住過附近的利安德酒店（Riande Aeropuerto Hotel ******），與之相比，本店價格是真便宜，早餐差不多，且更符合中國口味。 本店接送機的班車很準時，坐車的人也很多，師傅熱情且會主動幫忙搬運行李。一個小時一班，也算是方便，車上有酒店標誌，很好識別。 總之，以後我不會再住這裏了，除非其他酒店的價格太高，高到我住不起，真的不想再見到他們家的前台。

房間很大，乾淨，離機場近，每小時有車來往機場接送，有健身房，泳池。給我們免費加早餐，早餐吃得很好。房間裡好像沒有免費的瓶裝飲用水，有咖啡機，供應咖啡☕️無咖啡因的咖啡和茶。

上次説了酒店不好的地方，主要是入住等待和沒有電水壺 不過整體的服務還是不錯的，大堂門口會放一些點心飲料給趕早班飛機的客人 樓下吧枱可以隨時提供熱水，彌補了沒有電水壺的缺憾 我在三樓的盡頭發現一個商用製冰機 可以隨時提供冰塊，不知道是否每個樓層都有。 早餐的話 還是挺豐富的，尤其有個炒牛肉 和中餐差不多，很贊 接機的話，時間並非是按照他們那個表格上來的，基本會提前5～10分鐘。所以如果錯過的話，要再等一個小時。
