I was very upset. I booked a two-bedroom room with a sea view. I contacted the landlord just before arriving at the hotel and sent a screenshot of my reservation. On the day of arrival, I was met and taken to an apartment overlooking the wall of the neighboring building. When I asked why my reservation didn't match the one I was booked in, I was told they simply didn't have the apartment I booked at the moment. I hadn't been warned about this in advance when I contacted them the day before. They didn't apologize for the discrepancy in the room. They simply told me if you don't like it, you don't have to check in. On top of that, the floors in the room were so dirty that I soiled my socks while inspecting the room. I ended up getting a cash refund, initially 50,000 d less. When I pointed out that they miscalculated my bill, they added more. Don't waste your time with this landlord. There are other, more competent ones at this hotel. I was left with a bad feeling from the communication, dirt and attitude towards the client.

It is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
