我最近在東雅典酒店有非常令人失望的經歷。辦理入住手續簡直是一場噩夢，前台接待員看起來十分困惑，需要向完全忽視她的主管尋求幫助。結果導致我等了整整20分鐘才拿到房間鑰匙。 進入房間後，我被一股難聞的氣味沖擊，可能是因為通風不良或疏忽所致。傢俱看起來就像是自石器時代以來就沒有更新過，更糟糕的是，淋浴器漏水，導致地板上常常積水。更糟糕的是，窗簾上長着可見的黴斑，是一個令人擔憂的健康隱患。 第二天早上，當我去享用據説包括在內的早餐時，卻被告知沒有提供，儘管我已經付費。在投訴後，我被勉強給了另一個房間，但沒有為不便和虛假廣告提供任何補償。 除了我遇到的初始問題外，我在東雅典酒店的經歷還在繼續惡化。提供的替換房間也存在更多問題。浴缸被堵塞，水一開始是黃色的，引起了嚴重的衞生問題。此外，新房間的廁所也被堵塞，加劇了挫敗感。 尋求酒店工作人員的幫助衹會帶來更大的失望。他們沒有及時解決問題，反而讓我去使用水療區的公共廁所，這不僅不衞生，而且由於門鎖故障而缺乏基本的私隱保護措施。 即使在替換房間的堵塞廁所問題上請求幫助，問題仍然沒有解決，這表明酒店員工嚴重缺乏能力和關心。他們對我的關注缺乏同理心，進一步加劇了整體的負面體驗。 考慮到我在住宿期間遇到的眾多問題，顯然東雅典酒店未能達到甚至是最基本的待客標準。很明顯，這個酒店不僅無能，而且在廣告上也是欺詐性的。我強烈建議不要選擇這家酒店入住，因為它根本不值得花任何人辛苦賺來的一分錢。 總的來説，我在東雅典酒店的住宿是一次徹頭徹尾的災難，充斥着無能、疏忽和虛假承諾。我強烈建議任何考慮入住的人不要選擇那裡，除非他們喜歡失望和沮喪。 I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Eastern Athens Hotel. Check-in was an absolute nightmare, with the receptionist appearing confused and in need of assistance from a supervisor who completely ignored her. This resulted in a staggering 20-minute wait just to receive the key to my room. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a foul stench, likely due to poor ventilation or neglect. The furniture looked like it hadn't been updated since the Stone Age, and to make matters worse, the shower was leaking, creating a constant puddle on the floor. As if that wasn't enough, there were visible patches of mold growing on the curtains, a concerning health hazard. The final straw came the next morning when I went to enjoy the supposedly included breakfast, only to be informed that it was not provided despite having paid for it. Upon complaining, I was begrudgingly given a different room, but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience and false advertising. In addition to the initial issues I encountered, my experience at Eastern Athens Hotel continued to deteriorate. The replacement room provided was plagued with even more problems. The bathtub was clogged, and the water initially came out yellow, raising serious hygiene concerns. Furthermore, the toilet in the new room was also clogged, compounding the frustration. Seeking assistance from the hotel staff only led to further disappointment. Instead of addressing the issues promptly, I was directed to use a public toilet in the spa area, which was not only unhygienic but also lacked basic privacy measures due to a faulty door lock. Even after requesting assistance for the clogged toilet in the replacement room, the issue remained unresolved, indicating a severe lack of competence and care on the part of the hotel's personnel. Their lack of empathy towards my concerns only added to the overall negative experience. Considering the multitude of problems I encountered during my stay, it's evident that Eastern Athens Hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. It's clear that this establishment is not only incompetent but also deceptive in its advertising. I strongly caution against choosing this hotel for accommodation, as it's nothing short of a fraudulent operation that does not deserve a single cent of anyone's hard-earned money. Overall, my stay at Eastern Athens Hotel was a complete disaster, marred by incompetence, neglect, and false promises. I strongly advise against anyone considering staying there unless they enjoy disappointment and frustration.

外觀看著大氣但房間竟然沒有熱水，服務員說要開很久才有，花灑開了15分鐘都沒有熱水，只能當晚不洗澡 訂的是有窗的房間，打開窗簾是一堵牆 床架周圍都是厚厚的灰塵 唯一讚的是酒店接待的人員態度都很好有禮貌

酒店位置不錯喲，衹是有點老舊，早餐也很一般，估計都是超市買的縣城的包子點心，拿來加熱一下，建議改善，停車比較方便

早餐健康可口。酒店工作人員為不會説中文的我們提供了翻譯服務，還幫我們叫了出租車。從酒店前往市區非常方便。我還想再住一次。 Breakfast was healthy and tasty. The hotel staff helped us, who do not speak Chinese, by using a translator and helped us to catch a taxi. Very good access to the city from the hotel. I would stay there again.

年久失修的招待所即視感，早餐大概就是 稀飯雞蛋饅頭包子6-7樣

環境特別差，表面上富麗堂皇，其實裏面像個招待所，房間設施爛到沒法形容，舊的像是上世紀的招待所，空調異味重，早餐簡陋到衹有炒粉和粥，還是和水療會所的人一起共用一個早餐，服務態度還極度不好，非常惡劣。

門口有免費停車，房間乾淨整潔無異味，設施設備也很齊全，前台小官服務熱情，性價比挺高的，五星好評，強力推薦！！！
