新胡姬大酒店 (New Orchid Hotel)

臨時湊合了一晚 房間有味道 換氣扇還是空調嗡嗡響 自己還關不掉

the room is not tidy and clean, also the doorlock is not working well, what I mean is that this hotel is not worth the price. And, very far from MRT station and thus, our mom is not able to walk so, we tried to cancel but still cannot. no cancellation accepted, no refund. this is the honest review.

暑假期間，臨時決定去的新加坡，也沒有提前定酒店。從其他國家飛過去的，落地才定酒店，全都好貴啊，就這家價格還算可以接受。房間比較簡單，但是位置還好，樓下可以吃到正宗的肉骨茶和海南雞飯，酒店對過兒有一家超市，也比較方便。出門就有公交車，交通也還説得過去。

It’s our first time to book here we love the place the aircon is cold and the room quit big lovely pillows and blankets 😍but they don’t have free coffee 🤣😍but all in is nice to stay opposite is mall and walki ng distance the bus stop

It was a good 永安, good location for who want movement

It was a bad experience on our first stay. Was asked to wait as the counter staff had gone to buy something. A foreign worker also came and waited near the counter. When the male counter staff came back, I immediately went forward to pass him our identifications {my child and mine} for registration. The foreign worker also did so. The counter staff returned my child’s identification back to me almost immediately but not my own. After a while, he returned my identification and the foreign worker’s identification to the foreign worker! The foreign worker then passed to me. I said to the counter staff, “Hey..that is my identification card!” He just ignored me and handed the document for the foreign worker to sign. I then asked, “I came first, why is he being served first?” The counter staff replied nonchalantly in Chinese, “I thought you are together.” I was upset and said, “Oh my..how could you assume that?” He said, “I already filled his name halfway.” I had no other choice but to wait further. When the foreign worker left. The counter staff asked me, “For how many hours?” I said, “Huh? I already had a booking a long time ago! Could you please check!” I was speechless! How unprofessional! When my registration was finally done, not a word of thanks or any apologies from the counter staff. He then hurried off to gobble up his meal like he hadn’t eaten for days that he had went out to buy earlier. Wow..such poor attitude and service! I was extremely upset and disappointed!

酒店前台很友好 但是房間不是很乾凈，地上有頭髮。床單還可以。 周圍有很多有名的肉骨茶店。對面商場也有好幾家早餐店，總體是方便的。 洗澡記得開廁所門口的熱水開關 不然沒熱水

BAD ＞ Room mouldy smelled and mouldy bathroom., Dirty walls., Run down Wardrobe., Cigarettes burn mark on desks., No tea and coffee, No on/off switch for aircon (runs 24 hours) GOOD＞ Nice and helpful staffs.

這間是我在新加坡入住最陳舊的一間登記還要走裏面裏面的那種，房間牆壁很臟，床上還有小蟑螂，也許是我最後才訂購，所以給我最差的房間吧。我們還睡到腰骨疼，床既然凹凸不平的那種。衞生間還有積水小蟲。他們最好就是有停車位而已。其他的就是差，這次之後，我不會再支持這間。不好意思這間我實話實説。請見諒。
