Ok for a budget place to stay. Accessible for bus stops and near stadium

家族6人（子供4人）で安く泊まれるところを探しました。1階のフロント橫の部屋で2段ベッドが3つありました。シャワーは使いませんでしたがお湯は出そうで設備は特に問題なし。スーツケースを部屋のドアの前に一晩置きっぱなしにしてしまいましたが無事でした。朝食は歩いて近くのお店へ行きました。トラブルがあり相談をしたフロントのおじちゃんが良い人でした。チップは受け取ってくれなかった。チェックアウト後はスーツケースをひいて歩いて駅まで行けました。

This the the least expensive hotel that I have booked in SG but the room is very decent. I got a big room with balcony. Its clean and smells good. TV is working. Has hot and cold shower. Cold AC and comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Establishment is also near bus stop and MRT. Also near 7/11 and restaurants. I had a best stay with this hotel. Thank you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT K HOTEL 8 — Never Again We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with K Hotel 8. We initially booked through the 永安 app but decided to cancel just immediately after booking, after reading several alarming reviews about the hotel’s cleanliness — something we take very seriously. Unfortunately, even though our stay was still several weeks away, the hotel refused to allow any cancellation or refund, citing their strict no-cancellation policy. We reached out to 永安 customer service, and after a long conversation, we were advised to proceed with the stay and report any issues. Sadly, our concerns were proven right on day one. The moment we entered the room, we were hit by a strong, unpleasant smell — a mix of durian (which, ironically, is not allowed in the hotel) and smell of old money. When we inspected the bed, we found yellowish stained pillows and sheets that smelled like saliva, its unbearable to use. The cleaner was hesitant to change the bedding and only did so because we insisted after spotting the stains ourselves. To make matters worse, the front desk even asked us to pay an additional SGD 20 just to move to a room with a window — which they suggested as a solution to “help with the smell.” Despite escalating the issue to 永安, K Hotel remained uncooperative and completely inconsiderate about refunding our booking, forcing us to endure the first night. Thankfully, 永安 offered us some compensation in the form of coins, which we used to book a different hotel because we simply couldn’t stand the unhygienic environment. The location is not for family or couples, as this seem like a red district nearby and there are many creepy bystanders and rumble because there are police who is making action on troublemakers. Scary place for tourists The walls were peeling, the room smelled awful, and the bedding was filthy. The overall vibe of the place was neglected. Worst of all, the management showed no concern for guest experience, and the management was just as unhelpful. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Singapore. If you value cleanliness, good service, and basic comfort, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

在芽籠區，各種當地食品可選擇性很多。但是這個酒店位於***，各種笑聲可以持續到半夜2，3點。毛巾和被子還有口紅印和鼻涕痕跡。房間有種刺鼻的滴滴畏的味道，眼睛開始刺刺的。我們衹好換了飯店。 所幸新加坡的服務人員非常友好。感謝。

Worst hotel. Booked for 2 nights. But Checked out within 20 mins. Bugs were everywhere. Smells horrible, Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. No lifts, receptionist wasn’t polite. Top of that this hotel is located in Red light area. Lost £137
