Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel and 永安! We arrived at the hotel, only to find out it was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us despite our confirmed reservation. This was completely unacceptable and caused us a huge hassle trying to find a new hotel at the last minute. To make matters worse, 永安 refused to refund us for their mistake! This level of unprofessionalism is outrageous. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. Both the hotel and 永安 clearly don’t care about their customers.

I must say, in all honesty with respect, the stay that I had last time has to be one of the worst experience that I have with them. I stayed 2 nights, no blankets, no towels, just me and the cold aircon while I sleep. Don't even let me start with the smell on the 5th floor, I just can't get used to it, it smells so bad that I felt relieved every time I leave the premises. Worse is, the people working at ground floor doesn't even seem to care neither be apologetic about the issues. You will get what you pay for, and you paid for the cheapest.

Great value for money! Keep in mind that it is a Dormitory setup, so you may share a room with different kinds of people each day. Clean room with toilet and shower (no heater). Can't complain much due to its price.

ホテルの位置はかなり住宅街の中。少しわかりにくい。新しいホテルのようでとても綺麗。シャワーは冷たいシャワーのみ。本來4人のシェアルームだが4人分支払い、私たちは個室のように使えたためとても快適だった。モトサイクルでここに來たが、駐車場も無料で利用できた。
