Location is good. Safety no issue. Terrace view is good. Room is clean. Spacious. Walkable distance to famous citi palace, jagdish mandir, etc. Owners behaviour is good. Not a proper hotel. No amenities. Just a room. Ac issue. No in dining option. Though 1800 per night. No bfast. Taxi is not allowed in that area. Pl plan accordingly.

That was a perfect stay! location is the key as all places are just at walking distance. Breakfast was good though not much variety. The pichola lake view from the rooftop was special.

Hospitality at the place was good. The location was good. Facilities like hot water available 24/7. This place serves only veg breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here.

Place is owned by a family which resides in the haveli and rest of the rooms are for booking. Rooms were hygeinic and well maintained. Front-desk was available for help. Great stay near the lake which is at walking distance.

Excellent stay! the location of the haveli is extraordinary just on the shore of lake pichola, the ghat is just in front of the main door. Most of the tourist attractions are at walking distance from here ! also, the owner is really helpful and told us how to visit each of the locations and was a total delight and a gentleman.

The place was aesthetically great, how ever the bathroom was bad as the gyser wasn't working properly, so the water was warm, not exactly hot. We did call a person to check, but he just said it's working. The flush was also leaking. Bedsheets were okay. Not very clean but just okay. However, aesthetically it was really beautiful, lake was visible from out room.

Wifi (though poor) was working outside of the room (same we knew from hotel manager; no phone. I gave 3 because of excellent location.
