The property never share any check in details for guest prior to check in hours as the property is a self check in unit. Need to call but the number provided unreachable both time i called. Need to wait for almost 20 minutes just to register at the property. Luckily 永安 provided a way to contact the property. Then the property provide all the necessary details. During check out the property is very efficient by providing reminder 3 hours before check out hours. For check in procedure truly inefficient. Property was okay but the single bed provided is very mediocre and the hall curtain was not clean. Not a pleasant experience considering the price we pay.
