My stay was great but it was a bit disturbed because first, during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night as someone was using a blow dryer at 12mn, I know it's a common area but you should have rules like quiet time from 10pm-6am. Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

The property forgot to send me the entrance code till the evening of my first-day booking. Even after that, I had to contact them via 永安 help to send me the pin and assigned pod number. It was a hot day, and waiting for the pin took about 45 minutes in the sun after 3 pm when I was good to check-in. The assigned pod was not cleaned, and I had to request a change of pod to a clean one. After check-in, the experience was fine: appropriate size pods for one person, a clean and quiet environment. Overall pretty comfortable stay except for check-in.
