衞生：乾淨。 設施：房間比較新，裝修還可以。 服務：前台熱情，入住退房和寄存行李都很順利。 環境：離美泉宮非常近，步行可達很方便。樓下和附近有一些餐廳和小店，但週日基本上都不開門，需要提前規劃週日安排。 離地鐵站有一點距離，帶着行李箱不是特別方便，但看在價格和離美泉宮近的份上可以接受。

非常喜歡，地鐵出來很好早，對面就是動物園，周邊吃的東西也很多，酒店性價比很高，下次去維也納還是住這家。
