鉑金公寓 (Platinum Residence)

I had an awful experience staying at this hotel apartment, I stayed for 5 nights, and on my 4th day, I went down to the reception, and asked for a housekeeper to empty the rubbish bin, the guy told me that “ We don’t provide the cleaning service, you do it yourself” I kindly asked the hotel staff to help me book the fine-dining restaurant, and she impolitely answered me “ We don’t provide this service, and I can’t help you “ I was so shocked by their service, arrogant and rude Polish staff. I was so disappointed with their attitudes, I have been traveling around the world, this is the worst experience in my entire life. I rate this 2 stars.

체크인 할 때 보증금으로 100즈워티 받아갑니다. 세탁기, 건조대, 다리미, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 각종 접시 냄비 나이프, 포크 등등 있습니다. 요리를 할 수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 레지던스 위치는 버스, 기차 터미널과 공항과 대체적으로 가까워서 좋았습니다.

I had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.

В этот раз аппартаменты совсем не понравились. Все старое и требует ремонта. Совсем не стоит своих денег, я разочарована и вряд ли еще поеду в этот отель

受付の方の対応は良かったです。ただ、カードの一枚が磁気の故障?か何かで使えなかったことと部屋にコンドームが落ちていてきちんと掃除されていなかったのかと不快になりました。それ以外では部屋は綺麗でした。

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room "Superior", at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
