很期待這次葡萄牙及西班牙旅程,特別是西班牙美食,出發前,在澳門的BarCelona Tapas & Rice吃了一頓西班牙菜。

Ibericao Mountain Ham Platter,38個月伊比利亞黑毛豬火腿,MOP$138,先來一份西玩牙火腿來分享,可配紅白酒或水果酒。Special Catalan Coca with Garlic,Olive Oil & Tomato,特色蕃茄醬麵包配蒜蓉、橄欖油及蕃茄,MOP$28,麵包烘脆塗滿蕃茄醬,再加上橄欖油,味道清新又帶點酸。Grandma’s Creamy Spanish Croquets with Ham & Chicken,經典西班牙炸奶油火腿及雞肉丸子,MOP$48,這是大廚袓母會弄的炸丸子,大廚很鼓喜愛,所以也加入餐單內,丸子炸得脆脆的外層,內裡 軟綿帶鹹香。

Palamos Baby Cuttlefish,Grilled Octopus with Mashed Potato,這兩款新的海鮮小吃,選用西班牙的小魷魚,加上炸雅枝竹片,脆脆的與,另外的八爪魚很有嚼勁,但沒有很韌口。

Fried Egg with Potato & Chorizo,煎蛋配薯仔及西班牙腸,MOP$48,把煎蛋混勻炸薯絲、薯蓉及辣肉腸同吃,口感挺豐富。Catalan Truffled Cannelloni,加泰式松露烤碎肉卷子,MOP$78,這是西班牙人在聖誕節都會吃的菜式,由牛肉、豬肉及雞肉混合做成卷子的餡料,肉味沒有很濃, 加上少許松露醬作調味,入口已經很香。

接 著兩款豬肉,Roasted Iberico Pork Ribs with Caramelized Pineapple,烤黑毛豬肋排配焦糖菠蘿,MOP$88,爽口的豬肋肉片配搭焦甜的菠蘿片,沒有油膩的感覺。Marinated Iberico Pork Skewers,醃製黑毛豬肉串,MOP$78,這豬肉片選用豬頸肉部份製作,脂肪比較多,入口較油潤,我更喜歡吃這款豬肉串,而且還跟上炸脆的薯絲,每 次來都會點。

最後來一份西班牙飯,Paella,有西班牙紅蝦及大蝦,加上雞肉及辣肉腸,西班牙米煮得非常入味,濕潤帶咬口,紅蝦頭內有不少蝦膏及蝦汁,淋上飯吃更加美味。

甜品是炸心太軟配雲尼拿雪糕,Bunuelos of Warm Chocolate with Vanilla Ice Cream,MOP$60,跟平日吃的心太軟蛋糕有點不同,炸球內是半融的朱古力漿,味道很濃郁,配一大球雲尼拿雪糕吃就剛好。
